In commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Fall of Singapore, the National Museum of Singapore commissioned a series of animated illustrations as part of the Witness To War: Remembering 1942 exhibition. The illustrations were based on Singaporean war hero Lim Bo Seng's story, highlighting a lesser-known side of him and his profound love for his family as revealed through his personal diary.
A video compilation of the illustrations with a voice actor narrating the full story is on display in the exhibition at the National Museum of Singapore, together with the original diary, family interviews and other artefacts.
Special thanks to the National Museum, GSM Project and the Lim family.
